We design and produce non-standard, fully customized pilot equipment for process development, testing, and scale-up. Unlike conventional market solutions, our systems are R&D-driven, highly flexible, and built to adapt to each client’s specific process and objectives.
Our pilot installations are not limited to phosphate rocks. They are designed to work with a wide range of raw materials, processes, and dissolving agents (including different acids and reagents). This flexibility allows our partners to test, optimize, and validate innovative technologies under realistic and controlled conditions.
We also built customizable Purification Pilots with membranes and Ion exchange.
Integrated Equipment Solutions

- Reactors – typically from 1 to 50 L (and scalable beyond)
- Solid dosing systems – precise feeding via:
- Weight Belt Conveyors (WBC)
- Weight Screw Conveyors (WSC)

Flexible Materials of Construction (MOC)
Our equipment is built using materials selected specifically for the process environment, including:
- PE, PP, PVDF, PTFE
- Stainless steel and super duplex steels
- Carbon steel with rubber lining or protective coatings
This ensures safe and reliable operation, even in highly corrosive conditions.
Built for Low Flow Precision
A key strength of Technophos equipment is the ability to operate at very low and stable feed rates, enabling continuous pilot operation starting from 1 kg/h. This level of precision is critical for R&D and process validation and is rarely achievable with standard industrial equipment.
